This ramen was created by combining chicken broth and our secret chicken soup recipe. We perfected the temperature and time that maximizes the flavors of the chicken to a rich and creamy consistency. We strived to create a tasty, rich, and protein filled chicken soup you will enjoy until its last drop.
The tare is made with koikuchi soy sauce infused with shitake mushroom and kombu kelp to give an extra oomph of umami to the ramen.
Noodles We chose traditional Japanese style noodles that are more absorbent. The noodles are shaped slightly flat, allowing to pick up more of the soup and ensure savory goodness in every bite.
