Cooking time: less than 10 minutes



Pouches are meant to be boiled. DO NOT MICROWAVE.

Step 1. Boil water

Fill two pots each with 8 cups of water and bring to a boil on the stovetop. Ensure the water is brought to a rolling boil in both pots before moving forward to the next step.

Step 2. Heat broth and toppings

In the first pot, place broth and toppings pouch in the boiling water for 6 minutes or until heated thoroughly. DO NOT boil nori (seaweed), set aside for now.

Step 3. Remove broth and toppings

Once thoroughly heated, remove the broth and toppings with tongs. Using scissors, make a diagonal cut across the corner of the broth pouch and pour into your desired serving bowl. Set aside toppings for now (Caution: The broth will be extremely hot).

Step 4. Cook noodles

Remove noodles from packaging and place inside the second pot of boiling water. Gently stir the noodles to prevent sticking while ensuring not to break the noodle strands. For a firmer noodle, cook for 1.5-2 minutes (depending on type). For a softer noodle, cook for 2-3 minutes (depending on type). Drain through strainer and place noodles inside the bowl with broth.

Step 5. Add toppings and slurp away

After noodles and broth are in your bowl, cut open the toppings and nori (seaweed) and place creatively on top. Add any additional toppings you prepared as well at this time. Enjoy while it’s hot. Happy slurping!
